This week is all about grilling and enjoying your family outdoors.
Grilling during the warm weather months makes it so easy to enjoy being outside and somehow makes dinner a lot more casual and fun.What if you don't have a grill or the weather is rainy or cold? Then what? If you have an indoor grill, grilling machine, or a pan that fits over the burner for grilling, then you can still enjoy all of these recipes anytime of the year!
These recipes provide great week-night meals for your family but they are also perfect for entertaining or special occasions. If you or anyone has a special dietary need, these recipes are also easily adapted to Vegan, Gluten-Free, or Vegetarian. An example of changing out ingredients in a meal to make it Vegan is to use soy or another nut milk, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan mayonnaise, or vegan Parmesan cheese.
