***Be sure to substitute ingredients for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free meals.  Some examples to use are tofu for eggs, gluten-free flour mix and cake mix, vegan butter and yogurt, vegan sausages, corn tortillas or gluten-free bread for whole wheat tortillas.***
