|Friday||Chilled Summer Soup||1 Quart low-fat Plain Yogurt

1 medium-sized Seedless Cucumber

Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Nutmeg, Salad, Salad Dressing, Olive Oil, Gluten-Free Bread, Drink of your choice, Food Processor or Blender
* In place of Chicken Broth you can use Vegetable Broth to make this a vegan soup.
This week is all chilled summer soups.These recipes provide great week-night meals for your family but they are also perfect for entertaining or special occasions. If you or anyone has a special dietary need, these recipes are also easily adapted to Vegan, Gluten-Free, or Vegetarian. An example of changing out ingredients in a meal to make it Vegan is to use soy or another nut milk, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, vegan mayonnaise, or vegan Parmesan cheese.
